Due to its special nature and type of application, this complex is considered as one of the special buildings in terms of structure, which provides a safe place for government assistance in the event of an accident. It also has large warehouses for food storage and consumption.

This complex consists of 5 floors. The plan of this complex on the ground floor includes facilities and two large piers. The ground floor is the parking lot, dock, warehouse and office part. Is a collection that will be present in shifts. On the second floor, there is an office and a crisis management training center, and on the third floor, there is a meeting room and an office.

In this complex, it is tried to follow the dry system in the building for protection against earthquakes and crises, so all the walls are made of 3D panels and the facade of the building is made of aluminum punch system.

The double advantage of this system is that the glass and windows are not damaged in unbalanced conditions of the clients in critical situations.
