Designing the first and second stages and supervising the commercial, cultural and educational project of Shahid Boroujerdi

Shahid Boroujerdi Institute put the design of commercial, sports, cultural and educational complexes on the agenda of Naghsh Sharestan consulting engineers. The area under the authority of the institute was about 11,000 square meters, which with the agreements made with the relevant organizations, most of it was allocated to the occupancy level of the above complex. The land in question was L-shaped and narrower than expected, and according to municipal regulations, it could not have more than 4 to 5 floors in height.

The request of the esteemed employer was to obtain a volume with the index of Iranian Islamic culture. According to the studies, the larger wing of the site, due to its better location, is dedicated to the commercial zone and is divided into 4 floors so that the spaces have a visual connection with each other and proper vertical and horizontal access. Escalators, decorative glass elevators, Void, suitable openings with the possibility of seeing the efforts of customers to buy and visit for each of the attendees in the commercial zone were designed.

A hypermarket on the 1st floor with an area of ​​about 4000 square meters and with independent access was considered.

The upper floor of this zone was dedicated to the restaurant and conference hall

2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of this zone were considered as the whole parking lot and over 1000 parking places.

In the smaller wing of the site, due to neighborhood access, educational spaces were considered. The intersection of the sides of this L-shaped land, cultural, religious space in a hemisphere with a diameter of 40 meters and was considered as a class. In the mentioned hemisphere, the floors of the prayer hall, ceremonial and memorial halls, and finally on the upper floor of the conference hall were provided. In this zone and on the 4th floor, an industrial kitchen was considered by a respected employer that could cook food for 5,000 people. The obvious point in the mentioned plan is its roof garden.

A spectacular roof garden was designed and considered for the above project. Due to the lack of space as an area for the project, the entire roof area and roof garden and outdoor restaurants with appropriate access (either independently or through the building) was allocated. The volume of this project was designed very beautifully and pleasantly and is displayed in the following pages. The project supervision contract was also concluded, but the esteemed employer is financing the construction of the above project.
