In order to expand service and cultural spaces, the Municipality of District 22 of Tehran put the design and supervision of a neighborhood house in the westernmost point of the area of ​​operation of the Municipality of District 22 (Word Avard) on the agenda of Naghshe Sharestan Consulting Engineers.

The house is located next to Abbaspour Park, which was also designed and supervised by this consultant, and has an occupancy level of 1800 square meters on three floors and a total infrastructure of 5400 square meters. Includes gallery and exhibition spaces and multi-purpose halls, handicraft workshops on the first floor, library and cafe on the second floor, amphitheater and lecture hall, and film reviews on the third floor. The composition is composite and cement coated and broken surfaces are used.

The above neighborhood house has a small conference hall on the upper floor as well as cultural spaces on the other floors.
