Project Manager: Ramin Raygan

Located in Tehran Niavaran, Pour Ebtehaj St., Khodavardi St., Arasteh Alley, Taraneh Alley, No. 19 and the project site is located exactly at the turn of Arasteh St. and was modified from three sides and finally, almost one hundred percent of the land remains Occupancy level residues were analyzed. The project consists of 6 residential floors and two parking floors and the facade of the building is a combination of stone and aluminum composite. Metal pavilions, barbecues and stone furniture in the roof garden of the project are its features.
