Naghsh Sharestan Consulting Engineers designed the above training center due to its limited facilities and area in such a way that all the needs of a training center are finally included in the two major volumes of the building that are arranged on the site. Spaces such as meeting rooms, libraries, office spaces, dining halls and kitchens, and most importantly, training classrooms and professors' rooms are all eventually formed in two adjacent buildings, and only in the field of spaces such as site security or master classroom. The reason for the type of function is considered independent spaces.

The occupancy level of the buildings of the complex is 612 square meters and the total area of ​​the buildings is 3060 square meters and it was completed in 1987.
