Consulting engineers put the role of Sharestan in the above project on the agenda of the esteemed employer, who was designing a site and a civil site with office use, support and independence from each other in 1984. The support site has independent entrances and exits with wide carriageways for the traffic and maneuverability of heavy vehicles.

Docking and unloading and loading at the above site has been the most important concern of the designer in achieving the goals of the esteemed employer and the site design should have been double-controlled in terms of protection and safety parameters against fire and passive defense.

The total land area is about 116,000 square meters and 40 buildings have been designed on this site.
