The total area of ​​the land is about 42,000 square meters and 28 buildings have been designed on this land. Naghsh Sharestan Consulting Engineers, in order to meet the needs of the administrative, cultural and sports complex for the Armed Forces, undertook the design of the site and the buildings intended by the esteemed employer in 1979.

The project site has a riding loop in the project environment and the site is functionally divided into multiple zones, each of which is surrounded by another riding loop.

The project site has a level difference in some cases that the designer has been forced to terrace the site.

The project buildings have a modern and powerful facade in a way that evokes strength and power.
