Naghsh Sharestan Consulting Engineers, employed by the Municipality of District 7 of Tehran, has designed a building called a neighborhood house and practically has several uses, to eliminate the shortcomings of the cultural, sports, cultural, educational and even kindergarten space in the neighborhood. The plan is to place the above functions in independent floors and maximum effort has been made to consider independent entrances for special spaces such as kindergarten. The occupancy level of the project is 210 square meters and the total infrastructure is 1050 square meters in 5 floors.
