Naghsh Sharestan Consulting Engineers started the site of Shahid Motahari University with an area of ​​100 hectares on 1987. The university considered by the employer is comprehensive and has several faculties and research institutes. The site of this university was divided into several main zones, such as the location of the faculties, administration, services, sports, culture, dormitory, etc., and each of the main zones was divided into several sub-zones.

The design of the site has been affected by the rules of urban design, and the main, secondary, riding, pedestrian, squares, entrances, green spaces, etc. arteries have all been considered in accordance with urban design standards. Separation of carriage and pedestrian arteries and the existence of open parking lots in the main entrances, educational zones, research has turned into a quiet and accessible environment for training.
