This project was proposed to this consultant by the esteemed technical and civil deputy of Tehran Municipality, District 7. The land of the mentioned project was extracted from cleanliness and agreements made with the army, and the challenge ahead in this complex is to design a standard swimming pool with all aspects and parts of dry and wet saunas and gymnasiums on the 3rd floor and then construction of two floors of parking on the floors. 2- and 1-, in terms of arrangements so that the columns of the building do not cause disturbance to the pool bowl and the users, and most importantly, the design of the standard handball hall on the ground floor, which practically all internal columns should be ignored except the perimeter columns.

The building proposal will be placed on the concrete structure up to the concrete ground floor and the rest of it in the form of metal and sheds.

The above project benefits from the lobby, independent entrances to sports sites and swimming pools, as well as service and office spaces as standard.
