The design and implementation of this project in the four-hectare area of ​​a ranch belonging to Mazdavand Company was proposed to Naghsh Sharestan Consulting Engineers.

This farm is a 400-head farm owned by two partners who emphasized the same plan for their residences.

The above plan was designed for an occupancy area of ​​150 square meters and an area of ​​250 square meters for each villa. The reception area of ​​the upper villa was designed with a height of two floors, and of course a void provides a visual view of the upper floor with the lower floor. The mentioned villas include three bedrooms on the ground floor and a kitchen, living room and reception, and three attic bedrooms on the upper floor, which is also a small area dedicated to breakfast.

One of the villas was located on a suitable slope, which made it possible to build a pilot in a part of it and for parking. In the same villa, a connection has been established from the attic to the adjacent hill, which creates independence of access for the upper floor.
