A villa in the western town that was built more than 40 years ago and needed to be rebuilt and renovated.

The three-story villa on the slope was on the ground floor from the middle floor alley, but was level with the 1st floor courtyard.

The esteemed employer wanted to create an independent class on the first floor for his child so that he could live independently with his wife, which required changes in this class.

Meanwhile, the middle walls of the building were load-bearing, which made it a bit difficult, but with the careful drawing of the architectural and structural plan, the necessary precautions were taken.

The middle and second floors, except for decorations and architectural changes, did not require a major change that would require structural reinforcement.

The facade of the building had good lines, but needed to be more modern, as well as finishes and repairs of doors and windows, etc.
