Tehran Parks and Green Space Organization entrusted the design of Ghadir 27-hectare park in District 4 of Tehran Municipality and in the parking lot of Vahed Company, next to Al-Ghadir Resalat Square in Tehran, to Naghsh Sharestan Consulting Engineers.

With successive meetings at the Parks Organization, as well as the Municipality of District 4 and the officials of Vahed Company, it was decided that due to the parking pollution of Vahed Company for the residents of East Tehran, the site of Vahed Project Company should be opened in stages and transferred to Damavand Road. On the other hand, Ghadir Park should be implemented.

Design of Al-Ghadir comprehensive park in 27 hectares with more than 30 buildings, cultural and educational sports, multi-storey car park, office, several restaurants, bird gardens, etc. in phases one and two, prepared and approved by the employer and the approval commission consisting of professors The highlight of the university was delivered and on the other hand, the bus company company released 8 hectares of the total land in two stages and the executive stages of the park in the liberated areas were finalized.

It should be noted that due to managerial changes in the municipality of Tehran and implementation priorities, the construction of Ghadir Park was stopped at this stage.
