The owner was looking for a plan that in the future would be able to separate the floors and create apartment units on each floor.

On the other hand, Naghsh Sharestan Consulting Engineers proposed a relatively steep slope in the attic of the villa so that, if necessary, an apartment unit in the attic area could be implemented (after finishing work)

The project was carried out on a land with an area of ​​1050 square meters and an occupation area of ​​315 square meters with a total infrastructure of 1350 square meters. The villa has two residential floors that are vertically connected to each other, and in total has 6 bedrooms with separate service, living room, TV space, kitchen, dining room, breakfast area, open balconies and also in the basement pool and Bodybuilding and parking, office and housekeeping.

The roof of the project is sloping and the facade is a combination of cement and stone.

Sloping roofs have continued at times and have gained considerable volume.
