Adjacent to the municipal building of Tehran's 22nd district and on one of the hills overlooking Tehran, the bodies of several anonymous martyrs are buried.

The municipality of District 22 decided to hand over the design of the access route and the memorial area and building of this complex to the consulting engineers of Naghsh Sharestan in order to honor the status of the mentioned martyrs and also to create a religious and cultural atmosphere.

Riding access to the above monument was one of the challenges of this project due to the hills and steep slopes of the route.

The above plan has a monument (on three floors) and service and ancillary spaces, as well as an open area for religious and cultural ceremonies.
