Phase two of the Africa Educational Hotel project located in Tehran, corner of Maryam with 27,000 square meters of infrastructure was on the agenda of this consultant.

The contract for the second phase of the project was concluded with this consultant while the plans for the first phase had been prepared and four basement floors had been implemented. However, due to many problems in the relationship between the plans, this consultant first applied all the corrections in the plans.

On the other hand, because the map of the first stage was not available, so it was redrawn, the exact area of ​​the site was carefully harvested, and the maps of the foundation and foundation were prepared, and finally the plan of phase one was modified and the plan of phase two was prepared.

It is necessary to explain that the name of this hotel is its educational function, and due to the lack of qualified and trained staff in hotels across the country and the loss of hotels in this regard, the Iran Tourism Organization decided to emphasize the hotel. Its educational nature is designed and built so that all hotel, cooking, restaurant, management, etc. trainings are held in this hotel and for the staff and hoteliers in the country. (Similar to medical students' training courses in public hospitals).
