This project with an area of ​​580,000 square meters was on the agenda of Naghsh Sharestan Consulting Engineers. This site is separate from the presence of sinusoidal satellite hills (it is quite evident in the cross sections) and the difference in height, and in the cross sections, in the longitudinal axis from south to north had a considerable slope, and these conditions require special design. Due to the specific topography of the site, the design and internal zoning of the site were subject to complex issues, and although it did not deviate from its general principles, it required different internal features and connections.

Therefore, the consultant, by designing various alternatives and creating appropriate zoning of spaces and numerous expert meetings with the esteemed employer, finally completed the project design in the form of the most appropriate alternative. This complex has office buildings, sports (swimming pool, futsal hall, basketball), cultural (amphitheater, conference halls and mosque), services, welfare and accommodation. The total infrastructure was located 24,000 square meters.

From the east, the site is adjacent to the military site and from the west, it reaches a land owned by Armenians. Is off the road.
